Big South Fork Adventures operates primarily within the Big South Fork National River and Recreational Area (BSF NRRA) region, we provide guided and unguided whitewater adventures from beginner to advanced whitewater trips on the stunning Big South Fork of the Cumberland river.
The more advanced paddler can experience the adrenaline pumping excitement of running the spring and early summer, 6hr, Gorge Trip, containing the "Big Three", Class III-IV rapids, including The El, Double Drop and The Washing Machine.
If you're looking for a family-friendly/beginner whitewater adventure, there is the BSF Guided Canyon Trip, a milder, continues Class III section, or the unguided Bear Creek "Duckie" trip with the legendary Devil's Jump rapid as the finality to a great day on the water!
