Like all BSFA, "On-Water" Activities, there are inherited water-r dangers. The participant/guest/customer is responsible for their "On Water" actions, float location research and the inherited dangers to conducting an Unguided/Self Guided 'On-Water" Activity. In addition, the customer/guest/participant is responsible for their safety, physical and mental well-being to successfully complete the Unguided or Self-Guided Trip/ "On-Water" Activities and are responsible for their guest actions too. *
