Cancellations made 30 days prior to scheduled trip date, 90% refund with a 10% processing fee.  ​Cancellation between 30 and 14 days, prior to 48hrs cut-off, receives 50% refund or loss of deposit.  Cancellations after 48hrs, prior to the scheduled trip, or impaired customers and "No Shows" lose 100%.  The 48hr cut-off is due to all the pre-trip work has been completed and there is no way to fill the seat within 48hrs.  If your individual guest cancels and the remainder of your party is going, BSFA, will roll the cancelled amount toward the total party cost. 

Big South Fork Adventures LLC reserves the right to cancel any trips due to any unsafe conditions.

The Big South Fork - Cumberland River is a very dynamic river, no two trips are the same, the river raises and lowers dramatically and quickly, due to river level fluctuations, Big South Fork Adventures reserves the right to cancel any and all BSFA scheduled trips due to unsafe conditions and for the welfare of the customers.   Customers will be offered 1 year credit and/or a rescheduled date/trip if Big South Fork Adventures LLC calls the trip due to inclement weather or unsafe water conditions.
